Welcome Lilian

Lilian GREAU is located in Nantes at the French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea (IFREMER), where he will be working on the relationship between contaminants and microbial diversity. The main goals of his research will be to map the sediment contamination across European coastlines and to link it to the taxonomic and functional microbial diversity from the different sampling sites.
During his PhD in microbial ecotoxicology, Lilian has monitored the impact of soil contamination on plant health and microbial diversity using diverse data analysis tools. He also has a thorough expertise in sequencing technologies after working on a sequencing facility as a research engineer.
We are very pleased to have Lilian on the CONTRAST’s team and look forward to working with him in the next years!
